ITS operates in four phases. This is to insure our assignment is followed and adhered to, as closely, as to what our customer requests.

Phase I: Assessment and Design

First we assess the technical requirements(s). Next, we generate several design options to give our customers options for scalability and budgetary constraints.

 

Phase II:  Procurement and Implementation Reviews

Once a design is selected, we will discuss the plans with your technical team & procure the correct technology. We then insure implementation is deployed successfully, by reviewing each procedure during the deployment phase.

 

Phase III:  Implementation and Optimization

We gather additional technical information to fully optimize the design, and then Implement the ITS solution.
 

 

Phase IV: Technical Team Training and Handoff

Our team will then train your company on how to support and maintain ITS's rolled out solution.
